Services · Paid media & growth

Paid media that turns spend into enquiries.

Search, social and analytics, run by someone who has managed six-figure budgets and built the tracking behind them. We measure to the enquiry, not the click.

What we run

Campaigns, and the tracking that proves them.

Most agencies report on clicks. We connect the spend to the enquiries and the revenue, so you can see what is actually working.

Google & Microsoft Ads

Search campaigns built around intent and managed to a cost per enquiry, not a vanity metric.

Paid social

Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with audience segmentation and remarketing that cuts wasted spend.

Conversion tracking

GA4, call tracking and attribution wired up properly, so every enquiry is traced to its source.

Landing pages that convert

Dedicated pages built for each campaign, so the click lands somewhere designed to act on. This is where the website work and the media work meet.

Reporting dashboards

Live dashboards with year-on-year comparison, so the numbers are in front of you, not in a slide deck. Built the same way as our reporting automation.

Waste & fraud reduction

Click-fraud prevention and budget controls that stop spend leaking before it reaches real prospects.

The experience

Fifteen years of paid media, in-house.

We have managed paid media at real scale and built the systems that make it convert. That is the difference between running ads and running a growth channel.

Questions

Good to know.

Which platforms do you manage?

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social on Meta and LinkedIn, with the tracking that ties spend to enquiries and revenue.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

There is no fixed minimum, but the management fee has to make sense against the spend. If your budget is small enough that the fee would be a large share of it, we will say so on the call and suggest what to do instead, rather than take the retainer. The right spend depends on your market and goals, which we will talk through.

How do you report?

Live dashboards with year-on-year comparison, measured to the enquiry and revenue, not just clicks.

How is paid media management charged?

Two parts. A one-off to get the account right, then a fixed monthly management fee from £1,500, agreed up front and separate from the ad spend itself, which stays in your own ad accounts on your own card. What moves the monthly fee is how much active management the account needs: how many platforms and campaigns are running, the size of the budget, and how often we are testing and reporting. A single search account is at one end; search plus paid social plus landing pages and dashboards is at the other. You get the figure before anything starts, and you keep the accounts and the data if we ever part company.

Is there a setup cost?

It depends on where the account is starting from, which is why every engagement begins with discovery. If you already have an account, we audit and restructure it first, from £750: structure, tracking, landing pages and where the spend is leaking. If there is no account yet, we build one, and that is quoted after we have understood the market and the goals. Either way you have the one-off figure before anything starts, and it reflects the actual work rather than a guess.

Do you fix tracking too?

Yes. Reliable conversion tracking and attribution is usually the first thing we put right, so the numbers can be trusted.
