Thousands of search terms, sorted.
Rules settle the certain ones, such as competitor names. AI reads the rest in context and decides whether each term is left alone or added as a negative keyword.

Tighter ad groups for a better Quality Score.
A better Quality Score usually means paying less for each click. Give it a keyword and it plans the split and writes the ads; you check the dry run, then one click pushes it live.

What does Smarter Sites do?
We are a digital studio in Northwich, Cheshire. We build fast static websites on our own tooling, hosted on Cloudflare, plus client portals, automation and AI tools, and we run the paid media behind them, for growing businesses across the UK and worldwide.
How much does a project cost?
Websites start from £1,200 and custom software from £2,500 for a first phase, with paid media management from £1,500 a month. Larger software builds usually land between £5,000 and £25,000. Either way you get a clear figure and a fixed scope on the discovery call, before any work starts.
Do you only build websites?
No. A website is usually where we start. Most of our value is in the systems behind it: client portals, automation that removes manual work, and AI tools built around how your business runs.
What do you build websites on?
Our own tooling. By default a site is built as static pages and served from Cloudflare's network, with small serverless functions for forms, chat and logins, so there is no CMS licence or plugin stack to maintain. We only build on WordPress when a client specifically asks for it, and we can look after an existing WordPress site too.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
Northwich, Cheshire. We work with growing businesses across the UK and worldwide, mostly over calls and shared tools, with the occasional visit where it helps.
