We built Permanent Perfection Clinic, a luxury aesthetics clinic in Runcorn, around a six-category treatment menu with transparent pricing, a client guide covering policies, preparation and aftercare, and booking buttons wired straight into the clinic’s live diary on the platform it already used.
We also build BookThru, a no-commission booking product for salons and barbers, so we understand the booking side from the inside: deposits, processing times, no-shows and the gaps in the diary that cost the most. Yes. We wire booking buttons into the diary you already use, as we did for Permanent Perfection Clinic, so there is no double entry. If you do not have a booking system yet, we can recommend one or build one.
Should a clinic show its prices online?
In our experience, yes. Clients research before they book, and "price on request" sends many of them to a competitor who answers the question. A clear menu with from-prices and what is included builds trust and filters out poor-fit enquiries.
